The origins of LACL date back to Michael Lewicki's career in public accounting . Mike is a Chartered Accountant  (CA), partner at RSM Richter Chartered Accountants within 1987 to 2014 and was the firm's lead auto partner and founder of the Richter Automotive Group.  Mike commenced providing unique auto retail expertise services focused on new vehicle dealerships in 1989. Expertise includes dealership M&A purchase/sale advisory services, valuations, sale negotiations, lessor vehicle portfolio strategies, taxation planning concepts, accounting positions, fraud reviews and many other dealership-centric value-added services.
